They call you. If you do not reply straight away they leave a message : "You have applied for this position, please call me back at the displayed number". - No First name, No last name, no company name I called back 10 minutes later, and after 3 times a young lady finally replies, I say : "Hello, I am x, I have applied for this position, I see that you called me few minutes ago" She replies, very coldy : "What are your motivations ?" "....Erghh can I maybe ask which company it ?" "Eden Park" "...(I think she might have something to add, because such cold and awkward approach is totally unexpected)..." "Do you hear me ?" "Yes" "What are your motivations ? " (agressively and coldly) "...I do not apply. The way you speak to me and you handle this recruitment is absolutely disrespectful. Have a nice day. Bye"
