There are a ton of difficult questions. If you show up for the interview without doing your research you can forget about ever being considered. You should have a strong understanding of what LifeNet does and how it does it, and who makes it all possible. It would also be highly advisable that you have come to terms with death and dying and your feeling about Organ / Tissue transplantation as well as donation for research purposes.

As said above, all the questions were pretty standard, but the one i had the most difficulty with was: "Describe a time where you had a disagreement with management, and how you overcame it".
Tell me about a time when you disagreed with a decision your manager made. How did you deal with it?
Discussed the position and the low rate of pay. Position was being listed as entry level because there were no people to manager, however the responsibilities included HR, training, new hire paperwork, accounts payable/receivable, and more. It did not appear to be an entry level position.

Name a time when you had very little resources to complete a job. How would you respond?
