Each application required an online copywriting task. Each time I was rejected with a polite but standard email and then invited to apply again when future openings arose. Each time I was required to do another writing task for them in order to apply. Zero personalized feedback concerning my application/ their reasons for going with another applicant. I finally wrote explaining I would not be interested in any more of their invitations to apply and to please stop contacting me. Considering the frequency with which they advertise for jobs, the volume of responses it seems they receive each time, and the treatment of applicants, I find their hiring system very frustrating and poorly run.
