General background questions in the first interview, you introduce yourself and talk about why you applied. The in-person, second interview is much more in depth. Be prepared to know about the company. They really care about personality as well.
I was asked what my interests were; why I chose the field of publishing to begin my career; what I was aspiring to do after my Master's and what my expectations from this internship were.
Why did you choose the college you did?
Something on the lines of 'Mr.X said this this this and then did a 360 degree on his opinion.' By this your inference of Mr.X's stance is? It's a bit tricky and cheesy ;)
