-Interview questions were straight -forward and easy. What I didn't like were the endless screening rounds. -Please hire a proper HR team, so that your selection process is more transparent. Also, please inform candidates about the multiple rounds in advance. That way, people who don't want to commit to a super-long selection process can opt out at the start.
