They had, like, 5 things that were the values of the company: risk taking, thriving in change, courageous, open communication, teamwork, speed & quality. They asked which of these things I needed the most work in. They had been stressing the priorities of the different things to the point where the "best" answer was clear - "risk taking." They smiled and said that's the one they got a lot. Duh.
