They mostly asked character-based questions. Things like "If you were faced with this dilemma, what would you do?" They were looking for moral and ethical faculties, which I highly respected. I remembered the CEO saying "We can train you to write, but we can't train your character... that part is up to you." She said they hire first for character, and then teach the rest. It was actually awesome.

There was no question as I just applied and I'm talking about how they treated me as an interested candidate. They did finally get back to me, but if they knew they weren't going to interview me, they should have told me sooner. Not weeks later.
