Most questions were related to my past experience, my bilingual skills, my interest in a position I was overqualified for and the possibilities of upgrading it.
What is your process for connecting with the target audience?
Working style. Relationship with past management. How I would manage my time and prioritize projects.
What kind of writing do you like to do?
There was nothing that really threw me. The questions were appropriate and expected.
They asked writer to do a writing test, hired a candidate before the test was due and never informed the candidates.
