Honestly, I don't think I really had an opportunity to answer any questions. It was mostly them trying to clarify that this role requires someone who can channel ideas from someone really intelligent into coherent storylines.
What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
How would you handle a relatively young yet talented employee who is developing a reputation for being abrasive and unwilling to consider others' opinions?
