While there were some basic questions regarding skills, experience, strengths and weaknesses, interviews on a whole were very conversational, which allowed for a better opportunity to get to know the staff and learn more about the job and company.

Seriously, this was the only question: "What is your passion?" Can't make this up....if an interviewer is so unprepared or disinterested, just grab a few canned questions from the internet vs. wasting someone's time, especially at this level. I almost expected the interviewer to ask where I wanted to be in 5 years, or describe my strengths and weaknesses.
There were no really challenging questions. As I had tremendous experience in my field and this industry, I felt that the company and I elected to focus on fit and expectations rather than typical interview questions.

What is your media outreach experience
They asked me to write a sample piece, then asked me a couple of questions about my process. Then they talked a lot about the job and asked a few standard questions like why do I want the job, what responsibilities do I have, my experience, etc.
