Also, can you point to some past positions where you had similar KPIs and how you performed against them. 2. Our website and blog are the most visible ways we have to communicate our message externally today. As you review our website and blog, what do you like / dislike and what are some recommendations on changes we should make to enhance our external positioning and perception. I am looking for you to share your perceptions and some insights into what we may want to change. There is no right / wrong answer and all ideas are welcome. 3. What would you say was your most significant professional accomplishment in the past 2-3 years. Can you summarize it in a few sentences. 4. As you hopefully picked up in the conversations, there are a wide range of initiatives we can pursue from a Corp Comms perspective at OPSWAT – PR, AR, Thought Leadership, Messaging, Awards, Case Studies, etc.. What are your current thoughts on what the top 2-3 initiatives should be in your first 2-3 months on the job? Can you share a few sentences for each item on why you picked that item and what you would do to achieve it. I am not looking for lots of details, just enough to understand your recommendation. As with #2 above, there are not any right / wrong answers.
