Why did you leave your former employer? I answered, I was laid off due to company downsizing. I was asked if they wanted to hire back, would I go? I replied, no. I don't get hired at a company, only to be looking for the next oppertunity, i'm there to be an assett to the company's growth.
Why are interested in the position?
Numerous questions You will be asked to produce lengthy work products for no compensation and present them to numerous stakeholders. Make no mistake: there is the unwritten expectation of these being production quality, even if it is otherwise claimed.
