How would you deal with a difficult client?
Deputy General Manager asked me for my analytic ability, and, if I remember correctly, my strengths. He acted tough, always showered with difficult situations. He asked the important financial ratios of textile industry and automobile industry, and differences between these 2 industries. He even asked me to define cashflow.
Department Head gave me an overview of the department's positions. He asked me what position I would like to start. He did all the talk. However, Department Head is on a 4-year rotation, and only applied to Japanese employed in Japan; each Department Head is unique in their interview style.
