Even though I was highly qualified for a number of positions, well-educated with applicable experience... I was not given the slightest consideration.
How would you value X company? Calculate FCF, working capital, enterprise value, etc. Does anything strike you as odd about these financial statements? Which? Why?
None of the questions were difficult, as I am very experience in my field
The first interviewer was playing games and pretending like he didn't know obvious facts about the business- for what purpose I don't know. The second interviewer clearly had no discretion to make a decision to hire me. Not a good use of my time.
We discussed the corporate law and how to establish and adjustments.
