It was a good mix of the standard "Tell me about yourself and your background" and a focus on how I would go about being successful in my role. The interviewers were professional, engaged and gracious with their time. I found the entire process to be comfortable and personable. I especially like how each person I spoke with encouraged me to ask them questions about their experience working at Blackstone. Many of them have strong tenure, having been there over 15 years. It was refreshing to experience this, especially being in an industry with traditionally very high turnover.
