I did not find any of the questions difficult or unexpected. I had prepared for the interview
Average questions, your teaching philosophy, team work etc... She gave typical scenerios, and I answered accordingly.
They asked why I applied for the position since it was across the country ( from AZ to NC)

What are you strongest in cosmetology?
I did not have any unexpected questions. The students asked a lot of questions during my demo, I think they were told to beforehand to test my knowledge, but I was able to answer them all smoothly and accurately.
