Why do u want to be a counsellor? What are the skills u have to be a counsellor? What are ur weaknesses that will be a hindrance to the job? If you want to help children, why this? Dont you know that theres other jobs in different organisation with similar roles? What other jobs did you apply for? What have you been doing to upskill yourself? Do u know this is a tough and demanding job, how are u going to cope? What are some of the difficulties u will face as a counsellor and what will u do to overcome them?
