Are you available between certain hours? Willing to travel? How will you get there? Have you done anything similar? Why are you interested in this position?

How would you grow the counter business?
"Why do you want to work for Nordstrom?" "How do you stay positive in a negative situation?" "Which counter would you like to manage?" "Explain about a time when you had to deal with an unhappy customer." Basic "Explain a time when..." questions.
What was the hardest customer service situation you have been in? How did you handle it? What was the outcome?
Questions were all generic. "What was your most difficult customer experience and what was the result" things like that.
