Being a creative person, I was amazed how much the recruiter knew and dug into my skills and experience. Most of the interview was centered around the ability to manage process and people. That was unusual since in many of my past interviews as a creative person, the focus on process/people is an afterthought. It really made me think about answering questions I wasn't used to like; what would the people you've managed in the past say about you? how would they describe your management style?
