CV and resume review of most recent positions, and a backgrounder as to my past contacts within the industry, versus the contemporary active contacts, fielding of my understanding of the creative services needed, and a breakdown to see about my understanding of the company's intellectual properties and brands to be developed as experiences, and my ability to draft, draw and / or communicate the concepts as presentations to various departments. Personal needs as far as expected salary needs and a disclosure on the compensation set for the job by the company.
Very straightforward, no odd "google-like" questions about my Favorite Disney Princesses or anything. They asked me to give them a rundown of what I'd been doing, what kind of work I liked to do, what work I liked in the past, etc. It was more like a conversation.
If I had a laptop. as a consultant, they would prefer I work with my own equipment.
