It was a very informal interview process. Most of the questions were about me personally and not so much work related. I did however do a competence test of sorts. I was required to create a few graphics for an upcoming series.

I was nervous but in love with the company and tremendously excited to be there interviewing and excited at the prospect of working there...
I was told they were looking for someone who led a large, global brand like Spotify on one of the calls, which made me think they have unrealistic asks for a start-up in Calgary.
