Incredibly their questions were all softballs and easy to answer, if anything they seemed to lack professionalism quality and were awkward at interviewing, I had to input and/or take the lead in the interview which is strange as I was the one interviewing for the job.
Prefer to leave that to them to clarify as I don't feel its appropriate to list here.

After initial portfolio review, I was asked about my overall skills as a designer, and if I was comfortable meeting with clients.
Tell me about the way you work, how many people under you, what clients you worked on, your achievements, awards?
Do you have kids? Who takes care of your kids? How old is your child? Do you want a big family?
What was I doing presently.

I was never asked what I might do in a particular situation, or handle a challenge. What I did hear about was how all of my predecessors were so much of a challenge to her, and she expected to not have to go through any of that with me. Keep your expectations low and take the opportunity to ask her questions about her management style.
