The interview questions were directly related to the position in discussion -- they seemed very fair and straight-forward. The API employees were very professional and friendly during the interview process; however, the follow-up to the interview process was non-existent and hurtful to candidates seeking their next position. During my many years as a creative services manager, I have interviewed many candidates for various positions and I would never do this to a candidate -- especially during a pandemic.
