Super day has a group project where you and your team members are given a short period of time to remember the look of a Lego toy (looks like a park). Then your group needs to give a presentation about what you think the Lego toy is.

Plenty of questions about the firm, markets, VaR and stress testing, confidence intervals, recent economic developments.... also about you, main motivations and reasons to apply for the role. Last round question: If you had to describe yourself by picking an animal, what animal would you be?

The EM trader that interviewed me was special in a weird way and asked a series of questions that had no logical connection to the topic and in some cases were not even related to fixed income, economics, or finance. He was very in to hearing himself ramble and ramble, which equated to asking a question that I would begin to answer then he would cut me off with a new question after 4 or 5 words on my end. Thus, basically the interview was a guy named Rob asking rapid fire questions with little to no nexus and his boss Kirk (I think) would try to get him to stop long enough for me to answer a question every now and then.
