They basically tell you what they want to hear (about how it's the CULTURE and the environment that people love at FRB and that therefore a desire to work AT FRB PERIOD is what they look for most of all and they are turned off to people who just want to work). So then you regurgitate to them this template response, and then they go on to explain why they are different or unique yet again again.
