They asked questions that helped them to assess my level of ethics and how I would handle the situations i may find myself in upon being hired. They asked how i would handle shift work and working on holidays and weekends. They asked how I've handled conflict in the workplace in the past. I was asked to clarify any disciplinary actions from previous employers. They asked if i work better as a team or an individual. They asked why i should be hired.
