They asked a lot about my experience, and what skills I brought to the team. I got asked a lot 'Why Esri' (so be sure to have a good answer for that). They really go through your resume and if you get brought on-site they are really looking to see how well you will get along with the team.
We were allowed to present on topics/situations we encountered. Difficult part of my presentation was trying to explain a business strategy analysis (VRIN). This was simply part of my presentation, so each person can expect more detailed questions about the topics they are presenting on. FYI: Know your material forward and backward.
