I may still get an offer for care coach, but I was declined for the business coach. The assessment asks a couple of questions that were a little tricky that involved how to handle company vs client priorities and how to deal with boundaries around therapy issues that come up in coaching.

I can't remember the questions word for word but the questions were along the lines of: Why United Healthcare? Think of a time when you or a colleague needed help on the job,how was it handled? Describe a time when you had to regain a customers trust... Tell me about a time when you witnessed someone on the job acting out of compliance? These are the exact questions but I did notice my interviewers had a sheet of paper with a lot of questions on it that they just randomly chose from to ask me. Just be prepared for behavioral type questions.
