Have you worked in a call center environment where you would be contacting people who were sick or in distress?
How many words per minute I could type. Interview was relatively easy compared to most. The job was more less being sold to me, as if they were truly interested in me.

Why did you take a break from the workforce? (if applicable) Building Customer Loyalty..... What skills or qualities are important for dealing effectively with customers over the phone? Give me an example of a time when you displayed these skills or qualities. Tell me about your most difficult customer. Describe the interaction (listen for attitude and approach). What was the outcome? We've all had customers who think they know exactly what they need, but later they discover that they really needed something else. Tell me about a time this happened to you. Why are you here?
It was basic questions regarding customer service experience. The interview was very easy. You can tell they really needed someone.
Describe how you would handle a call with an irate customer. (All the other questions are similar. They want to know how you would perform and if can describe a time you may have handled a similar situation)
Show a time you have had to deal with a challenging customer in the workplace and what you did to handle the situation
