The first remote interview was general cognitive ability - lots of hypothetical questions about how I might handle situations or the thought process I might have. It was very different and I found myself waffling a little but having a great time.

technical: 60% general, 40% about the specific function (Data/infra/appmod). behavioral: mostly situational, could answer with past experiences or hypothetical, using STAR format. As a recommendation, always ask for more details. presentation: role playing situation where you try to sell a solution to a business person and also a technical person. Pretty straightforward, all the instructions for this step are super clear and standard, is recommended to known the technical solution in a high level, because the question they ask you are difficult.
