The final interview was a cultural interview, in Google's office but done via a video link. It was all about empathy and working in a team.
The second remote interview was called role-related knowledge and was exactly that, mainly questions about cloud, data and so on. I was sent a list of possible topics and the intention again was to speak through my thought process.
Leadership questions. Lots of theoretical questions such as, have you ever been in a situation where X happened and how did you handle such? Give an example of a time where you made a decision and it turned out badly, how would you handle it differently? What do you like most about your current/previous job? What did you like least?
What's your experience with APIs.
They asked about previous work experience, how you might handle certain situations, and technical questions related to RL's product offerings.
