Starting off quite rudely, extremely unprofessionally, and using the words "and things like that" over and over in the first two sentences she uttered to me on the phone, I was taken aback at how vague and unprofessional she was, and noted her language. I really had to laugh because I actually found myself beginning to count the times she used that phrase. While asking me for info, while describing job duties, and while talking about what she was going to do in this phone screen. (she said "and things like that" 9 times. She said "stuff like that" 4 times. And we had only spoken for about 1 minute). I was not impressed. Is this the face of NAV Canada that they want the public to see?
