Tell me a little bit about yourself. Why do you want to work for Vanguard? Tell me about a time where you had to go above and beyond for a client. What was that situation, what tasks and actions were you faced with and what was the end result? I was asked atleast 4 of these situational style questions. Be sure to have 3-4 questions lined up at the end to ask the hiring manager Make sure that you know something about the company so do some research.
