Most questions came from confirming my background and the type of customer marketing talents I possess. Most of the focus of the 10-15 minute call was asking how I would fit into this companies "fun & cool" culture.
What 3 words would your former employer describe you with ?
What was your role at X company, did you like it, what were your exact tasks, what did you like/not like about it (asked all of these questions for every line item of my resume), then asked me about school after I've been out of school for 10yrs (what was your major, what was your favorite subject, what did you do for extracurriculars, what did you like/not like about school) etc.
Standard questions from the hiring manager. But the hr person did ask if I am married, which I'm sure is against the law to use for a hiring criteria.
