General experience, skills and suitability to the role. Main focus towards the end of the interview surrounded was I a good person.
How would you conduct Quality Assurance to ensure what is developed and comes out is to the client's standards
What experience do you have working directly with customers?
- Can you walk me through your experience? - If we asked your team/manager what would they say about you? - Can you walk me through your ideation process of putting together a piece of marketing content? - How do you like to be managed/what do you look for in a leader?
The questions were not very clear, as it seemed there were some idiomatic inaccuracies that made the questions, but despite not being a position where one would be a hiring manager I was aked what was my criteria when hiring someone and I ever built a team myself.
What are the red flags that stand out to you when you're interviewing with a company?
What do you think are the current biggest challenges for the brands?
There were no difficult questions. This was a sales pitch.
