Why should we choose you?
Frankly, I was not expecting to be asked "How do you solve a complex problem," "How do you deal with a stressful situation," and "What was a specific time you had a stressful situation," all consecutively. Why not present an unsolved problem and ask how it would be solved, rather than requesting I recall several experiences with the same outcome! I nearly left the interview at that point!
When did you face a difficulty at work and what did you do to resolve it?
Tell me about a time where you had conflicting deadlines.
About myself, my experience with dental/sales, what do i know about the company, the product,etc…
They asked various questions about my retail.com and digital analytics experience and expertise, any previous job responsibilities, what I was looking for and career trajectory.
