1st round of interview : Basic questions- about yourself, educational qualifications, work experience, family members, how soon can you join us incase if you get selected. Depending on your confidence and voice tone, the HR will put you for a particular process. I got a feedback that I need to speak loud and confident. I was shortlisted for the CSAT process. 2nd round of interview : 2nd round of interview was interviewed by the Team Leader for CSAT process. I felt comfortable during the interview. The Team leader asked me- tell me something about yourself, why did you leave your previous organizations, Why do you want to work for CSAT at eclinical works?
