The questions tend to examine how you handle adverse situations. As I previously mentioned they tend to use the STAR method. They are likely to ask what do you know about the company? What do you want to be here? What do you know about the job you're applying to?
Why do you want to work for American Airlines?
How would you handle an angry customer ?
Name a time where you had to deal with an upset customer what did you say?
Standard questions, Strengths, weaknesses etc. "Explain a time when" etc.
Why do you want to work at walgreens?
Have I had experience in cashiering
Are you available to work any shift
What would you do if a customer came up to you while you were in the middle of doing an important task?
Name a time in which you changed your communication skills to help the person you were communicating with understand you better.
