Interview Questions were asked pretty much at stage one during phone screening. Recruiter asked questions about effective training/coaching examples/experiences, KPIs/metrics in Customer Service (contact per hour, first contact resolution, customer satisfaction), and previous experience leading teams and call center environment. HR bit disappointing for the caliber of the company. Intercultural specifics and sensitivities seem to not play a major (if any) role in the recruiting process.
