We had to build a structure out of blocks. Afterwards, we were asked what we thought we did best and if it could of been done again what would we do differently.
First question was “What are your weaknesses?” Fine, standard interview questions but the Interviewers didn’t provide feedback or even responses to some of my answers. I was able to answer the questions with ample work history to draw from, but for whatever reason they just didn’t like me. I realized after the interview that I didn’t want to work there.
