Describe a time where you delt with a difficult customer and how you resolved their issue? Describe a time that the company changed a policy you didn't agree with and how you responded? Describe a time you received feedback from a supervisor you didn't agree with and how you handled it.

Basic professional background questions. Most of the interview was an assessment of skills based on a mock customer service phone call and e-mail. I had to edit a logo in Adobe Fireworks and do some MS Excel formulations.
