Situational Questions: A customer says he spills something on the floor but you cannot see anything. What would you do?
Next question : a customer has 6225 in savings he adds 800 cash plus 2000. how much he has in total ? 6225 +800+2000= 9025. After all this i didn't pass the test and when i have asked for feedback he said he can't tell me why as the comp doesn't say why?
1st stage the math test just PMR level. 2nd not much questions interviewer just wanted to know how can you handle the stress, coz working in contact center the stress level is very high (seriously). 3rd stage to see can you multitask.
