They were all very conversational, put me at ease to get a sense of who I was. Peppered in some situation questions for instance tell me about a situation where you had to get something done but did not received cooperation from key people you needed help from, how did you handle the situation?

Executive Interviewer was overtly hostile, not engaging, and when pressed as to what issues they need solved, he shot-gunned a half dozen tasks (all of which I could easily do) and didn't believe or care to believe that a female could do it - that was my impression anyway.
