What has been the biggest challenge you've faced
When sales teams analyze a market to identify which companies could be interested in their service/product, they will group companies together that share similar characteristics. As an example, let's assume you’re selling a customer support platform like Zendesk. One grouping could be “small business”, since they are more cost conscious and don’t need as many enhanced features. Another grouping could be “enterprise” (large, corporate customers), who require more features, more white-glove service, etc. Review the sample data and identify a customer segment (e.g. based on location, size, volume, type of goods, etc.) that you think would be good for our sales team to target. Describe the customer segment, and explain why you think they would be good to target, considering we are a seed stage startup with less than 10 people in the team.
