Asked about CV experiences and what I knew about the company
Standard 'name a time when ...' questions. Scenario questions based on insurance examples and terminology. Very little on problem solving etc, felt more like I needed to know things about the insurance business than analytics. Not helpful when I asked if terminology could be rephrased--made it seem like this was basic stuff that anyone should know.

Na dinâmica em grupo foi feita uma apresentação pessoal de 2min em que falei sobre uma situação de atendimento que tenha me marcado e depois uma dinâmica sobre atendimento de 20min, feita em grupo, sobre atendimento. Na entrevista com o RH foram feitas perguntas sobre minha experiência anterior e situações que me marcaram. E por último, a entrevista com o líder da área que me perguntou como era o meu dia-a-dia, sistemas que usei, experiências de atendimento, etc.
Relatar experiências marcantes vividas na área de CX. Como eu agi na ocasião e se faria algo diferente.
