The person wanted to play the guess who I am game. I asked her 15 yes or no questions and at the end I had to guess who she was.
1. Describe a time you received criticism from a customer. 2. Describe a time in a previous position that you went above what was expected. 3. Tell me about a past experience where you disagreed with a supervisor and what was the outcome.

They like to ask question that would require you to give an example of a time when you were in certain situations.
You have a customer who called in, upset about their dispatching being cancelled because of severe weather in the area
Describe a time you had to provide negative information to a customer and how did you present it.
Then customer service test was unexpectedly fast, but not difficult.
5. What qualities do you want in a good manager?
I am technically WAY overqualified for this position so it doesn't apply but I would say that it was unexpected to feel so at ease with everyone involved! :)
