I don’t recall as the phone called failed/dropped in the middle. They asked what I wanted salary wise as well. Which may or may not have been the reason they didn’t move forward with me.
Regarding Customer Support knowledge and excel overview
Nothing overtly “tricky,” just the typical “tell me about a time you dealt with an unhappy customer and how did you handle the situation?” type of behavioral questions. “How do you prioritize your workload and stay focused/organized with all the tasks you need to complete?” “Have you ever gone above and beyond your normal job duties to help a customer with a problem?” etc. Overall most of my interviews felt more like friendly, informal conversations with a lot of good back and forth, and everyone I interviewed with was really nice and left a good impression - which is why I ultimately accepted the offer.
