in online test the descriptive questions they asked were: 1. customer go a defective purchase and tried to contact you but you were out of reach so he expressed his frustration through the email and sent it to you, how will u react. 2. customer wants to return his purchase but doesn't know the process so he sent the same in email, how will u reply. 3. write step by step installation process of swiggy or zomato and send it to ur grandma to help her use it well 4th and 5th i kinda don't remember...hope this helps
