Lots of questions about me, scenarios (tell me about a time when...), and specific questions like you have a product (just one product) and someone calls and says, "it's not working." What do you say? They are looking for a specific answer. Don't over simplify (you can make a customer feel dumb).
With no reason first as to why this question might be asked..."Does porn offend you?"
