Test before interview then pretty generic questions. They expect you to stay at customer support for at least 2 years.
The only question I was asked at ALL: " what are your salary expectations?" **I was met with a very surprised reaction from my interview, seeming as though I valued my worth too high** for the record, I asked for 65k/yr lol They will expect YOU to ask all the questions. Be prepared for unhelpful and seemingly scripted answers.
